Let Fannie and Freddie Swim instead of Sinking the Ship

While I don’t necessarily follow the party line 100% of the the time, I think the recent press release by the Libertarian Party was right on the mark. While the parties and candidates of big government continue to fight over who’s big government waste of your tax dollars is better, the party of principal says, “Let them fail.” There is no free enterprise system, without risk. Using the sustenance of working people to repeatedly bail out failing corporations is one thing that continues to bankrupt this country. Who will bail out the United States when it fails? what will we be expected to give up in return?

I could go on and on, but I think Jim Rogers defends this position best in this interview:
